Oh how I miss this show
I work my ass off to eat right, no carbs, no sugar, limit the fat, i basically eat salad 24/7. But i see no results. It’s the only thing i want. I would trade anything to be confident in my body, i truly believe i would be a happier person and my life would be better. So why is it not working for me. I literally have a breakdown at least once a day, usually more like 5 times. I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to lose the healthy way, but that doesn’t seem to be working for me, maybe i should start using laxatives and throwing up, what’s the harm in that right?
